Registration Rate (USD/HKD = 7.8)

Policy of Registration

• Each accepted paper requires at least one Author Registration, before 23:59 on June 30, 2026 (AoE). Papers not registered will not be included in the proceedings.
• If you have more than one accepted paper, you have to register for each one individually. There is no discount if you have two or more papers accepted. It is encouraged to have your co-authors to register and attend the conferences as attendees. However, one registration fee only covers ONE person.
  
• Once you submit a paper, including regular paper and short paper, it implies that at least one author will register and attend the conference, and present the paper.
• If you need refund, please send email to secretariat: ccs-fcs2026@iccmacao.com with your registration number before 23:59 on June 30, 2026 (AoE). There will be a 50% deduction from each refund. Refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the conference. Refund requests after 23:59 on June 30, 2026 (AoE) will not be accepted.

Note:

• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
• All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and “free of charge for the receiver account” on all payments.
